- Prices are listed in Euros (€).
- Postage & Processing charges are applied at checkout.
- Some products are shipped from Ireland, while others may be sent from the UK or Germany.
- 📦 Lost Items:
- We cannot replace any item that goes missing in the post if it was sent without tracking.
- We highly recommend selecting tracked shipping for security.
- 📌 Before signing for your package, please check its contents.
- A “Thank you” email confirms that we have received your order.
- International shipping normally takes 1-4 weeks, depending on the destination and customs processing.
- Handmade/custom-tuned harmonicas have specific lead times, which we will communicate directly.
Guarantees, Repairs, Returns & Refunds
Product Faults & Warranty
If you discover a fault with your item after receiving it:
- Notify us within the first week of ownership via email.
- If it concerns a harmonica, attach an MP3 sound clip and/or photo showing the issue.
- If the issue cannot be resolved remotely, the item must be returned within 3 weeks of receipt in as-new condition.
- If a defect is confirmed:
✅ We will repair or replace the item at our expense, including return postage. - If no fault is found:
✅ We can either re-post at your expense (with upfront postal payment) or provide a refund minus 10% of the original price to cover handling and hygienic cleaning.
Change of Mind Returns
- If you receive your item, decide to return it, and it meets the return conditions:
✅ You must send it back within 1 week of the second receipt.
✅ A 30% restocking and cleaning fee will apply.
General Return Guidelines
- All other returns within 3 weeks will be processed, but customers are responsible for return postage.
- We do not accept returns for harmonicas that have been played due to hygiene reasons unless faulty.
- Moisture Care Reminder: Always tap out moisture from your harmonica and handle it gently for long-lasting performance.
Shipping Delays & Lost Items
- Most orders arrive without issue, but delays may occur due to customs. Please wait 1 month before contacting us about a missing order.
- If your order does not arrive:
✅ Tracked shipments: We will offer a full refund or replacement after 1 month.
❌ Untracked shipments: No refunds or replacements are available.
