The Harmonica Masters Workshops offer a wide ranging workshop program with world class instructors.
In addition to the full courses, short workshops (admission free and without registration) with guest lecturers Mattias Bogefors and George Rejinders will cover the topics “Harmonica Therapy” and “Ampflified Harmonica with Marble Amps”.
Beginners’ instructor Chris Kramer will also offer a short extra workshop “Playing in minor keys made easy”.
Cathal Johnson has almost 30 years of playing, tuning, maintaining, repairing and innovating his own harmonicas.
A keen Irish traditional musician, Cathal Johnson attained a degree in Applied Music specialising in Solo Performance on the harmonica playing Irish Traditional Dance Music on diatonic and chromatic harmonicas at Dundalk Institute of Technology.
In 2019 he was recognised and certified by Hohner Harmonica manufacturers in Germany as “Hohner Service Technician”.
